It is imperative for all the Senior Executives of Government organizations as well as PSUs to understand the concept of Creative Leadership and how it will facilitate them to lead their teams effectively. Understanding of creative leadership will enable all the senior executives to apply this leadership practice at work place and also acquire new skills to build strong winning teams in every organization.
